Our clients wanted a new lawn, that could be used by both adults and children. The original garden was neglected, overgrown and not useable.
We set about clearing the overgrowth and then took our the old lawn that was there. This area was very uneven so was firstly levelled, using additional topsoil. The lawn area was then re-seeded.
Around the lawn we created flowerbeds, using railway sleepers. These were filled with topsoil, planted and dressed with bark.
Finally a granite edge was created to separate the new lawn from another part of the garden, which consisted of loose stones.
