Our clients were looking for a new driveway, one that was functional, easy to maintain and looked attractive, as it is the first thing people see when arriving at your home.
We set to work removing the existing old lawn and concrete drive. All the topsoil under the old concrete drive was removed and a foundation was laid. We then created the new driveway using loose sandstone.
At the entrance to the property we used granite cobbles to separate their new stone driveway from the public pathway.
Finally we created flowerbeds, using railway sleepers, where the old lawn was. We planted it using low maintenance plants and finished it by laying bark.
